New Neighborhood Coming Soon: Montrose Village at Grandover
A new community is “coming soon” to Grandover Resort & Spa and will be built on the west side of Grandover Golf course. Montrose Village at Grandover Resort will include cottage style living from the $200’s, single-family homes from the $400’s, and attached homes from the mid $300’s. Residents will enjoy the perks of two championship golf courses, sports courts, swimming pool, and more. The developer for Montrose Village is Koury Corporation and the builder is Garman Homes.
Grandover neighborhoods are comprised of single-family homes, townhomes, courtyard homes and sites for custom-built homes. Grandover, located in Greensboro, has long been synonymous with resort living in the Triad. The resort is widely known for its world-class golf that is a favorite amenity of residents in Grandover communities.
Outdoor lovers have a natural backdrop provided while playing golf or enjoying long walks on miles of sidewalks. For others, relaxing at the on-site spa is the best way to unwind with a massage, facial, or other treatment. Access to the indoor-outdoor pools is available to spa guests with select services.
At the heart of Grandover Resort are the two 18-hole championship golf courses, East & West, designed by David Graham and Gary Panks. David Graham is a past winner of the U.S. Open and PGA Championship.
Montrose Village homebuilder, Garman Homes, is not new in the business – just a newer presence to the Triad. In business since 2007, Garman has been building luxurious homes in the Triangle in the towns of Wake Forest, Holly Springs, Raleigh and other affluent areas. Garman gives back to local communities with a portion of the home sale going towards local causes and charities like Habitat for Humanity and Duke Children’s Hospital.
