Greensboro Parade of Homes - Spring 2024
The Greensboro Builder Association is the official sponsor of the semi-annual Parade of Homes, which provides an opportunity to see the very best in residential construction including new designs, products, and services in today’s new homes. Many Parade homes are custom-built homes, so the Parade provides the only opportunity to tour them. The Spring Parade of Homes will showcase 35 newly constructed homes throughout Greensboro and the surrounding area.
Spring Parade of Homes is scheduled for
April 27-28 & May 4-5
Open houses will be held from 1-5 pm. Admission is free.
With the current limited inventory of existing and new homes available ... now is the time to buy and/or build your new home!
Some Parade homes are virtual tour only due to being sold and/or under construction. Virtual tours, provided by Triad New Home Guide, will be available for all Parade homes to preview in advance. The Spring Parade of Homes magazine with information on each Parade home, including a rendering and floor plan, will be available in mid-April at area grocery stores and outside Lowe’s Home Improvement stores.
