Greensboro Parade of Homes - Spring 2022

The Greensboro Builder Association is the official sponsor of the semi-annual Parade of Homes which provides the opportunity to see firsthand the very best in new construction and professional remodeling throughout Greensboro and Guilford County. Enjoy the chance to talk with builders, remodelers, trade contractors and suppliers about your home improvement and new construction needs.

Spring Parade of Homes is scheduled for
April 23-24 & April 30 - May 1

There are two options for viewing builders’ beautiful new homes:

• Traditional Parade Open Houses with homes manned on Saturday & Sunday from 1-5 pm both weekends ... providing all CDC and regulatory guidelines / safety protocols are in place
• Virtual Tour Only in which the home will NOT be open during the Parade hours ... however will be profiled on the Parade website; in the Parade of Homes magazine; and on social media platforms
