Greensboro Parade of Homes - Fall 2024
The Greensboro Builders Association is the official sponsor of the semi-annual Parade of Homes, which provides an opportunity to see the latest in architecture and interior design, or get renovation ideas. Many Parade homes are custom-built homes, so the Parade provides the only opportunity to tour them. The Fall Parade of Homes will showcase 31 newly constructed homes throughout Greensboro and the Triad.
Fall Parade of Homes is scheduled for
October 5-6 & 12-13
Open houses will be held from 1-5 pm. Admission is free.
The Fall Parade of Homes magazine with information on each Parade home, including a rendering and floor plan, will be available in late September at area grocery stores, as well as each Parade home and sponsor location. Some Parade homes are virtual tour only due to being sold and/or under construction. Virtual tours, provided by Triad New Home Guide, will be available for Parade homes to preview in advance.
