Greensboro Parade of Homes - Fall 2023
The Greensboro Builder Association is the official sponsor of the semi-annual Parade of Homes, which provides an opportunity to see the very best in residential construction including new designs, products, and services in today’s new homes. Many Parade homes are custom-built homes, so the Parade provides the only opportunity to tour them.
Fall Parade of Homes is scheduled for
October 21-22 & 28-29
There will be a mixture of traditional open houses ... as well as some homes are virtual tour only ... due to being sold and/or under construction. Open houses will be held from 1-5 pm. Admission is free.
Virtual Tours will be available for all Parade homes to preview in advance. You will also be able to access a digital copy of our Fall Parade of Homes magazine with information on each Parade home, including a rendering and floor plan, along with contact information for each Parade builder. Parade magazines can be picked up at area grocery stores and outside Lowe’s Home Improvement stores, as well as each Parade home and sponsor location.
