Garman Homes Enters Triad Market

Garman Homes, based in Cary, is bringing its expertise in the industry to the Triad. The homebuilder, known for its unique approach with design and innovation has entered the Triad market after success in the Triangle region.

Garman will build homes in three new communities. The new home sites will be in Greensboro (Montrose Village in Grandover Resort) and will feature single-family detached and attached homes. Garman Homes will also build in Tupelo Junction near Lake Michael in Mebane. The homes will feature lifestyle amenities such as an extensive, trail system. Lastly, Honeycutt Reserve in Oak Ridge, will feature 64 homes with large lots. Sales are expected to start in Spring 2022 for all communities.

Garman Homes was highlighted on the America at Home Study Concept Home, the first home designed based on direct consumer research. The home was also featured in USA Today’s Special Edition, “America Forward". Garman Homes has two brands, Fresh Paint by Garman Homes and Nonfiction by Garman Home.

Cosmo Muti is the Triad Market Lead and will oversee the company’s Triad’s expansion. Muti brings 17 years of homebuilding experience to the role, most recently as Vice President of Sales and Customer Experience for Toll Brothers.
