Fine Line Homes Opens Winston-Salem Office

Triad New Home Guide - Winter 2021

WINSTON-SALEM, NC, February 2, 2021 – Fine Line Homes is thrilled to announce the opening of our first office in North Carolina located in Winston-Salem. This office location will handle new construction builds for the majority of the Triad area.

While the location is new for Fine Line Homes, the home builder has been building stick-built homes since 1972. The company regularly looks for growth opportunities and had identified the thriving Triad area as a candidate for expansion. A boutique builder doing business under the name of Willow Builders NC became an ideal partner with previously established roots in the region. Fine Line Homes acquired the organization, electing the former owner of Willow, Chris Dolon, as its general manager for the new office.

Chris Dolon has been in North Carolina for 10 years. He came into the area as the Director of Student Ministries at Reynolda Church and is also currently involved with students at the local non-profit Love Out Loud.

President and founder of Fine Line Homes, Mr. George Parmer, is excited about the new venture into North Carolina. “Building upon the previous success that Chris has had with Willow, we’re looking forward to growing the business in the Triad,” said Mr. Parmer. “We are thrilled to open up shop for the first time in North Carolina and to be able to serve the growing, sought-after communities of the greater Winston- Salem, Greensboro and High Point markets.”

Fine Line Homes will offer over 50 home plans including two-story, ranch, cape cod and split level options for single-family new construction homes throughout an approximate 60 mile service area around the Triad region. The new office is located at 8075 North Point Boulevard, Winston-Salem.
