While at the Adult Fitness Center, Chapman explains that membership options are available starting at age 16 all the up through senior members. They have membership options for single adults, couples and families, and also accept insurance supplement programs such as Silver Sneakers. A full weight room, a full array of cardio equipment, and a variety of group exercise classes ensures that there is something for everyone.
