The Greensboro Builders Association announces its 2022 Spring Parade of Homes. The event will be held over two weekends: April 23-24 and April 30-May 1, showcasing 28 newly constructed homes. The public can view most homes on these dates and can tour all of the homes by Virtual Tour at https://www.greensborobuilders.org/home-tours/parade-of-homes/.
Whether in the market to build or buy a new home, or just see the latest in-home design trends and amenities, the annual Parade of Homes provides a great opportunity to see a variety of homes and communities over the course of two weekends. With current low interest rates, it is a great time to purchase a new home.
The Parade of Homes allows the public to view many Parade homes that are custom designed and built homes – and, are not regularly open for tours … except during the annual Parade of Homes. Not only can homebuyers see homes firsthand, it is also an opportunity to meet and talk with builders.
People can access a digital copy of the Parade of Homes magazine on the GBA website (www.GreensboroBuilders.org), or pick up a print copy at local grocery stores. The free Greensboro Parade of Homes app is also available on your smart phone with all information on Parade entries.
Open Houses will be held each day from 1-5 pm … admission is free. All attendees are asked to follow CDC guidelines and safety protocols when touring homes.
