Based out of Burlington, Heritage Homes of the Carolinas has build homes around the Triad. Nathan Sawyer has been building custom homes since he was just 17 years old. His goal is to build your dream with high quality, on time, and under budget. Nathan personally works with each client to establish their needs and stays in regular communication with them. Clients can build on one a lot already owned by Heritage Homes of the Carolinas or on a lot of their choosing. From the start of construction, homes will be finished in only 6-8 months. Over the course of 26 years, Nathan Sawyer has built his business as a developer of new communities and builder of dream homes. With nearly 4 dozen new homes underway at any given time, Sawyer still finds time to remain totally “hands-on” with customers. “Building your dream home is what we pride ourselves on,” says Sawyer, but he and his team place equal emphasis on delivering each home on time, under budget, and to the complete satisfaction of every customer. Sawyer’s company has a Design Gallery for all homeowner selections and he and his dedicated and talented staff assist customers through every step of the building process. Heritage Homes has semi-custom inventory homes available for immediate move-in in some of the greater Greensboro/Burlington areas’ most popular neighborhoods, as well as curated parcels that he himself selected, visioned, and developed into neighborhoods for his clients.
