The Greensboro Builder Association is the official sponsor of the annual Parade of Homes and Tour of Remodeled Homes, which provide opportunities to see firsthand the very best in new construction and professional remodeling throughout Greensboro and Guilford County. Take advantage of these annual home tours to talk with builders, remodelers, trade contractors and suppliers about your home improvement and new construction needs.

Overview

Spring Parade of Homes scheduled for April 24-25 & May 1-2.

There are two options for builder participation:

  • Traditional Parade Open Houses with homes manned on Saturday & Sunday from 1-5 pm both weekends ... providing all CDC and regulatory guidelines / safety protocols are in place
  • Virtual Tour Only in which the home will NOT be open during the Parade hours ... however will be profiled on the Parade website; in the Parade of Homes magazine; and on social media platforms
