Schumacher Homes created a revolutionary, one-of-a-kind pricing system that offers itemized quotes complete with images and descriptions, room by room and fixture by fixture, at no obligation so customers know where every dollar is spent in their new home.

“Unlike other builders, where everything is an allowance, with us you’ll know the price of everything down to the sprayer on your kitchen sink.” says Mary Schumacher Becker, VP of Sales and Marketing for Schumacher Homes. “There’s no mystery to our prices and more importantly, no surprises. With Schumacher Homes you are in total control of your investment.”

Schumacher homes range from 884 sq. ft. to more than 8,000 sq. ft., price from the low $100s to more than $500,000. Choose from multiple styles American Tradition, Craftsman, French Country, Coastal and Mountain-Cabin styles. Schumacher Homes, based in Canton, Ohio, is America’s largest custom homebuilder, with operations in 32 markets in 14 states across the country. The National Housing Quality award winning company and recipient of the National Gold Winning Home of the Year has built over 14,000 homes since its founding by Paul Schumacher in 1992 – each one unique to the needs and lifestyle of the owners.
